Place your order by 3PM EST Today and we will ship it the same day.
We ship standard overnight; priority overnight and Saturday deliveries can be requested by calling the store.
Shipping Service | Description
- Orders up to $2,000 will be sent via USPS Priority Mail
- Orders over $2,000 will be sent via FedEx
- FedEx priority overnight. Please contact the store.
- If shipping outside of the United States, contact us by email or phone.
- Please contact the store for rush orders.
Please note: Every item on Princess Diamonds is hand crafted in the US and inspected to meet the highest quality standards. Your item will be shipped with care, after it has passed our extensive Quality Control.
Track Your Order
Customers should allow 2-3 business days for their online order to be processed. Orders are typically shipped from our Burlington, MA location. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the shipping label has been created.
Special orders may delay shipping time. We’ll notify you if this applies to your order.
Shipping times are subject to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays.
Insurance
For your protection, all of our packages are insured through Jewelers Mutual. We require that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes and signature is required.
Additional Info about CANADA Shipping
Canadian customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
In-Store Pickups
Store pickup is available on in-stock items, Tuesday - Saturday. Please note, not all items are immediately available in all stores. If you request in-store pickup on your order, you will be notified when the item is available for pick-up.
